Job Purpose 
Our Client is undertaking implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP(F&O), currently in Phase 0 (Discovery & Scoping).The ERP Manager will own the programme from the customer side, including governance, business coordination, quality assurance and acceptance of vendor deliverables. The implementation partner will remain responsible for solution configuration, development and technical delivery under the agreed contract. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role reporting into the project steering committee and coordinating closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations leadership across the group. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
Phase0  Discovery& Scoping (Current Priority) 
  • Lead current-state business process mapping across Finance, Procurement, Inventory,Sales, CRM, and Operations for group entity. 
  • Own requirements gathering workshops with department and subsidiary stakeholders; document and prioritize functional and technical requirements. 
  • Define future-state process design in coordination with the implementation partner, ensuring alignment with group governance and reporting needs. 
  • Develop the ERP project charter, scope statement, and phase roadmap (Phase 0 → Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Hypercare), with clear phase-gate criteria. 
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis between Dynamics 365 standard functionality and the group-specific requirements; flag customization needs early. 
  • Prepare the Phase 0 deliverables pack (process maps, requirements register, roadmap, budget/resource estimate) for steering committee sign-off. 
  • Coordinate the functional design, data ownership, testing and acceptance of integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM and relevant third-party systems. 
 
Project & Vendor Management 
  • Act asprimaryliaison with the Dynamics 365 implementation partner/vendor, managing scope, timeline, budget, and contractual deliverables. 
  • Maintain the project plan, RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and status reporting to the steering committee and executive sponsors. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders acrossentitytovalidaterequirements, review designs, and secure formal sign-off at each phase gate. 
  • Escalate scope, budget, or timeline risks proactively, with mitigation options for steering committee decision-making. 
Data, Testing & Go-Live 
  • Define the data migration strategy and data governance standards (data cleansing, mapping, validation) ahead of build and cutover. 
  • Develop and coordinate the UAT strategy, test scenarios, execution schedule, defectresolutionand evidence repository, ensuring formal approval by the designated business process owners before go-live. 
  • Plan and manage cutover and go-live activities, minimizing business disruption acrossgrouptheentity. 
Change Management, Training & Support 
  • Develop and execute the change management and communication plan to drive user adoption acrosstheentity. 
  • Design and deliver end-user training materials and sessions ahead of each modulego-live. 
  • Own post-go-livehypercareand transition to steady-state support, including issue resolution and continuous improvement backlog. 
  • Plan and leadsubsequentrollout phases (additionalmodules and entities) following theinitialgo-live. 
Qualifications & Experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 
  • Minimum seven years of ERP implementation experience, including significant hands-on implementation leadership experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience leading at least one full-cycle ERP implementation, from discovery/scoping through go-live and stabilization. 
  • Experience working across multi-entity or group/holding company structures preferred; real estate, construction, hospitality, or aviation-services sector experience is an advantage. 
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification preferred; Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) a strong plus. 
Skills & Competencies 
  • Strong business process mapping andrequirements-gatheringskills across Finance, Procurement, Inventory,Sales, CRM, and Operationsdomains. 
  • Proven vendor/implementation-partner management, with the ability to hold partners accountable to scope, budget, and timeline. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management across group entities and executive leadership; comfortable presenting to a steering committee. 
  • Solid grounding in data migration, data governance, and UAT management. 
  • Change management and end-user training capability, with a focus on driving adoption, not just technical delivery. 
  • Strong risk and issue management discipline; proactive, not reactive, communication style. 
  • Fluency in Englishrequired; Arabic strongly preferred given the group's regional operations. 
Key Performance Indicators 
  • On-time, on-budget delivery of Phase 0 deliverables andsubsequentimplementation phases against the agreed roadmap. 
  • Quality and completeness of requirements documentation and sign-off. 
  • Data migration accuracy and successful UAT completion ahead of eachgo-live. 
  • User adoption rate and stakeholder satisfaction post go-live, measured acrosstheentity. 
  • Effective risk/issue escalation — issuesidentifiedand mitigated before theyimpacttimeline or budget.
