Element is hiring on behalf of a leading client for ahighly experienced Sales Managerwith7–10+ years of UAE experiencein theMarine / Ship Chandling industry.
We are looking for someone who iswell-established, highly connected and recognized within the UAE marine market, with strong relationships acrossship chandlers, marine suppliers and procurement teams.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10+ years of UAE experience in Marine, Ship Chandling, Lifting & Rigging or a closely related industry.
- Strong and established network of ship chandlers across the UAE.
- Someone who is known and well-connected in the market with a proven reputation and strong customer relationships.
- Proven track record of generating and growing business through existing market relationships.
- Strong experience with lifting & rigging equipment, including wire ropes, slings, shackles, chain slings, hoists and related marine equipment.
- Excellent understanding of RFQs, procurement, quotations, negotiations and closing.
- Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
The Role
Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue through the UAE ship-chandler and marine market.
You will be expected to:
- Develop and manage key ship-chandler accounts.
- Generate new RFQs and business opportunities.
- Managing a Team of 8 - 10 people.
- Convert enquiries into profitable orders.
- Build long-term relationships with procurement and purchasing decision-makers.
- Identify new marine business opportunities.
- Expand the company's presence across the UAE marine market.

We are looking for someone with an existing reputation, network and customer base within the UAE marine and ship-chandling industry.
